Keep It Real
Opening dialogues, combatting disinformation
Our dynamic #KeepItReal campaign encouraged discussion around the impact of disinformation on the public’s rights and ability to speak their mind on topics that matter.
The client, Article 19, is a British human rights organisation that focuses specifically on the defence and promotion of freedom of expression and freedom of information worldwide.
By inspiring open dialogue, the campaign started a conversation with young people across Ireland about disinformation and social media. As well as the impact of disinformation, the campaign also highlighted the power of the freedom of information.
The Keep It Real brand was developed alongside illustrator Fuchsia MacAree. It was felt that her eye catching, colourful and lively illustrations were a perfect match for the open and inclusive dialogue that the campaign aimed to elicit.
From here a brand book was created for the campaign. A new dimension was added to the vibrant illustrations through animation for a series of branded social posts.
A suite of engaging marketing collaterals were also designed, such as t-shirts and other promotional items.
